About Kenneth

Ken Rosenstein is Miller Thomson's Ontario Regional Managing Partner, with expertise in corporate and commercial finance, including creditor enforcement, cross-border financing, and asset-based lending. He advises major banks, non-bank lenders, and private credit lenders, and previously led the firm's National Financial Services Group. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 and holds an LL.B. and B.C.L. from McGill University.
