About Morganne

Morganne Foley is an immigration partner in McInnes Cooper's Saint John, New Brunswick office, and serves as the office's Immigration Group Lead. Her practice covers immigration and corporate law, representing individual and corporate clients on temporary resident visas, study and work permits, and applications for Canadian permanent residency and citizenship. She has considerable experience advising corporations on labour market impact assessment applications and work permits under international agreements such as CETA, CUSMA, and GATS. Morganne chairs the New Brunswick CBA Immigration Section and is a board member of The Greater Saint John Field House and the Coverdale Centre for Women. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2012, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2016.
