About Luc

Luc provides general corporate advice to companies, boards, and shareholders, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial real estate, and general corporate commercial law. He has acted as lead counsel on complex transactions, negotiated commercial agreements for asset and share transactions, and regularly represents financial institutions and private lenders on secured financing. Luc earned his LL.B. from Université de Moncton in 1994 and a B.B.A. from the same university in 1990, and speaks English and French. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1995 and served as Stewart McKelvey's Office Partner in Moncton from 2009 to 2013. He is vice-chair of the Greater Moncton Airport Authority and a member of the Association des juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick.
