About Lauren

Lauren Henderson is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's corporate law group, based in Saint John and called to the New Brunswick bar in 2016. She maintains a transactional practice in mergers and acquisitions, finance, investments and corporate governance, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, credit and security documents, and shareholder and limited partnership agreements. Her matters include Cooke Aquaculture's roughly $500 million acquisition of Omega Protein Corporation, one of the largest foreign investment deals a New Brunswick company has completed in the United States. Henderson holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick's law school (2015), a BA from the same university (2012), and the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law (2020).
