About Brittany

Brittany Trafford is a Partner called to the New Brunswick bar in 2016. Trafford's practice includes representation in interest-based negotiations between Crown and Indigenous governments, and advice to boards on governing legislation, fiduciary duties, and governance best practices. Trafford supports professional associations and regulatory bodies with disciplinary complaints and implements immigration strategies for corporations and individuals, including work permits, permanent residency applications, and Labour Market Impact Assessments. Trafford also guides employers on their obligations when hiring and employing foreign workers. Trafford holds a B.C.L./LLB from McGill University's Faculty of Law and a Master's in Library and Information Studies, and teaches at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law.
