About Chiara

Chiara Nannucci is an associate in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office, practising immigration and corporate and commercial law. Her immigration work includes Labour Market Impact Assessments and applications for study permits, work permits, temporary resident permits and business visitor documentation, as well as advising on Canadian citizenship and permanent residency pathways and acting as an immigration representative. Her commercial practice centres on banking and financing, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formation and reorganization. Nannucci earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of New Brunswick in 2024 and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with honours from St. Thomas University in 2021, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2025.
