About Rémy

Rémy is an associate in the Moncton office whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, contract drafting, corporate reorganizations, and financing. He also advises clients on corporate governance, shareholder dispute prevention and resolution, and legal liability exposure arising in the ordinary course of business. His work has included drafting documents for a share transaction worth over $32 million, performing due diligence for an out-of-province acquisition worth over $30 million, and drafting a province-wide bilingual services agreement for a large union.
