About Mary

Mary Rolf's practice at Pink Larkin focuses on union-side labour law, employee-side employment law, and administrative law, representing clients before labour boards and human rights commissions as well as in grievance arbitrations, judicial reviews, and appeals. Her employment practice covers individual employee matters including contract reviews, terminations, and human rights and accommodation issues, and she has appeared before the Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society, a past Member-at-Large on the Advocates' Society's Labour & Employment Practice Group, and currently chairs the CBA-NS Constitutional & Human Rights section. She joined the partnership effective January 1, 2026, alongside George Franklin. She earned her J.D. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2018.
