David J. Roberts is a partner in Pink Larkin's Halifax office, focusing on labour, employment, and administrative law. He routinely appears before courts, arbitration tribunals, and labour boards at the provincial and federal levels, representing trade union clients in occupational health and safety matters, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration. He serves as Consumer Advocate before the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board in hearings on electrical utilities, petroleum product regulation, and payday loans. He is included in Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment Law and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. Before law, David worked as a broadcast journalist and has served as a judge for the Atlantic Journalism Awards. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1989.
