About Nasha

Nasha Nijhawan practises administrative law and civil litigation, with a focus on professional discipline, employment law and commercial disputes. She is named among the Best Lawyers in Canada for Administrative and Public Law and Appellate Practice, and has been recognized as a Lexpert Rising Star. Nasha chairs the Hearing Pool for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia. She is a graduate of Dalhousie Law School, where she received the Muriel Duckworth Award for raising awareness of feminism in the legal community, and holds an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto. She is called to the bar of Nova Scotia.
