About Brenda

Brenda Comeau is a partner at Pink Larkin's Fredericton office, advocating for clients in labour law, employment matters, and litigation. Brenda regularly works with trade unions in the public and private sectors, appearing before administrative tribunals and negotiating dispute settlements, and appears before the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick and the New Brunswick Court of Appeal. A frequent presenter at legal conferences, Brenda is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, currently serving as New Brunswick Chair and National Vice-President of the CBA Labour Law Group. Brenda was admitted to the firm's partnership alongside Jillian Houlihan and Nathan Sutherland, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2012 and to the Ontario bar in 2009.
