About Nancy
Nancy is a senior labour and employment lawyer and partner who represents employers across Atlantic Canada on workplace matters, collective bargaining, and disputes before courts and administrative tribunals including the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal and the Labour Relations Board. In 2019 she appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in a case on the duty of good faith in employment and contractual clarity in incentive-based compensation agreements. She holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1995, and received her Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) designation in 2014.
