About David
David C. Wallbridge practices union-side labour law, employment law, professional regulation, and litigation from Pink Larkin's Halifax office, serving labour unions and individuals with workplace issues across public and private sector environments. He regularly participates in mediation and other methods to resolve conflicts, and when matters do not settle, litigates before labour arbitrators, labour boards, and the courts. His advocacy has extended to legislative and human rights issues affecting Nova Scotia workers, including appearances before the Law Amendments Committee of the Nova Scotia Legislature, and he helped secure changes to the Nova Scotia Human Rights Act to extend protection for Nova Scotians with disabilities. He is a regular speaker on employment and workplace issues such as duty to accommodate, drug and alcohol policies, and duty of fair representation. He earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2005.
