Administrative & Regulatory LawAnna-Marie Manley is a lawyer in Patterson Law's Litigation Group, practising civil litigation with a focus on commercial disputes, labour and employment matters, and administrative proceedings. She returned to her hometown of Truro after attending law school in Victoria, British Columbia, and articling and practising with a national firm in Calgary. Manley has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, and the Nova Scotia Labour Board and Utility and Review Board, and has been involved in proceedings before the Canada Human Rights Commission. She holds an engineering degree, which she draws on to explain technical and scientific issues to clients. Manley earned her J.D. from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2016 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2018.
