Ian Wick

About Ian

Ian Wick is a partner at KMB Law with a broad corporate and commercial practice, covering mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private equity, and shareholder and owner disputes and agreements. He is also part of the firm's Branding and Franchising group, where his intellectual property background helps with IT contracts, licensing, e-commerce, and other commercial transactions. Ian works on business transactions and ongoing advisory relationships with senior management for clients ranging from family-owned businesses to large multinational and publicly traded companies. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and holds a law degree and an undergraduate degree, both from the University of Toronto.
