Wamika Razdan is an associate in the Waterloo Region office practicing in the Disputes Department. Her practice focuses on construction law and municipal law with a particular emphasis on expropriation matters. In her construction practice, she advises clients on legal and commercial issues throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. In her municipal and expropriation practice, she represents business owners, property owners, and tenants in land acquisition matters by public authorities and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Land Tribunal.
