About Katrin

Katrin MacPhee is an associate in Pink Larkin's Halifax office, advocating for clients in labour, employment, human rights, professional regulatory, and charter law matters. She represents clients before labour arbitrators, administrative tribunals, professional regulatory bodies, and the courts, and works with clients to resolve conflicts through mediation and other methods. She is involved in local initiatives around economic and social justice, and graduated from Dalhousie Law School as a Dean's List student and Schulich Scholarship recipient, winning the Stuart Clarke Lane Memorial Prize for the highest mark in Administrative Law. Her interest in labour and employment law was shaped by a master's thesis on Canadian labour history. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2018.
