About Fareeha

Fareeha Qaiser is a partner at Miller Thomson practising insurance defence litigation, personal injury, professional negligence, construction liability, property and casualty claims, occupier's liability and subrogation, appearing for insurers and individuals in courts throughout British Columbia. She has co-authored publications on document production requirements, premises liability in British Columbia, and risk management, and has held several roles with the Canadian Bar Association's Insurance Section (BC Branch), including chair, vice-chair and treasurer. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2014, holds a JD from the University of Victoria (2013) and a BA in psychology and political science from the University of British Columbia (2008), and speaks English, Punjabi and Urdu.
