About Adam

Adam J. Wygodny is a partner who has practised commercial litigation, estates litigation, and regulatory defence since his call to the bar in 2007. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and before regulatory tribunals on matters spanning corporate and securities litigation, real estate and construction disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, competition law, and professional negligence claims. Adam holds a B.A. and M.A. from Concordia University and an LL.B. from Queen's University, along with a Certificate in International Business Law from Queen's International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, UK. Outside of practice he serves as a director of Time.ly Network Corporation and Technion Canada.
