About Zachary

Zachary Pringle joined Babin Bessner Spry as an associate in April 2020 after practicing at a regional full-service firm, where he handled commercial and shareholder disputes, director and officer liability, bankruptcy and insolvency, and class action matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and administrative tribunals including CIRO, the FSRA, and the Capital Markets Tribunal. Zach earned his J.D. from Western Law in 2016 with a concentration in business law and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. While in school he worked at Western's Community Legal Services Clinic, helping build a wills and estates project for low-income seniors. He now serves as a supervising lawyer at Osgoode Hall's Investor Protection Clinic, which offers free legal help to investors who have suffered losses and can't afford counsel. He holds a B.A. (Hons.) from Western University and has been named a One to Watch in Best Lawyers in Canada.
