About Jason

Jason Edwards practices labour and employment law from Pink Larkin's Halifax office, working with public and private sector unions, management and executive employees, non-profits, and First Nations clients. His labour practice focuses on certifications, unfair labour practice complaints, and grievance arbitration, while his employment work centres on negotiating severance agreements for management and executive-level employees. He also advises non-profits on employment, governance, and civil disputes. His master's research at the University of New Brunswick focused on minimum wage and precarious work, and he was a Research Associate with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives before earning his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2017.
