About Shane

Shane McCracken practices civil litigation, employment law and commercial law at Washington & Mahody, representing individuals and organizations across a diverse range of legal issues. He earned his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University with a focus on labour and employment law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Contemporary Philosophy from the University of King's College, graduating with first class distinction. Before joining the firm he worked at a regional law firm in Sydney, Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Department of Labour, and Dalhousie Legal Aid Service.
