About Jayna

Jayna Green maintains a diverse practice spanning labour and employment law, energy and environmental law, and health and privacy law. Her labour and employment work includes policy and agreement drafting and advising on workplace disputes, collective bargaining in the construction industry, and wrongful termination and discrimination claims. She advises clients on regulatory and legislative compliance in the wind energy and hydrogen sector in Newfoundland and Labrador, an interest rooted in prior research on environmental law, the duty to consult, and Indigenous law. Green also provides litigation support in health and privacy law, including access-to-information matters for public bodies. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2023.
