Jim O'Connell, KC, is counsel in Cox & Palmer's Saint John office. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1982 after studying at the University of New Brunswick, and was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2011. Jim conducts a general litigation practice emphasizing commercial, environmental, family, and insurance matters, with extensive experience before the Trial and Family Divisions of the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick and various administrative tribunals.
