About Jackson
Jackson Bocksnick is an Associate at MacIsaac & Company practising plaintiff-side personal injury, long-term disability, negligence, and assault claims, with civil litigation experience. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Victoria in 2016 and a Juris Doctor, also from the University of Victoria, in 2021, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022 after articling with the firm. His engineering background, the firm says, gives clients a deeper understanding of both the technical and legal aspects of their cases. He was raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, and competed on the University of Victoria's track and cross-country team as well as in national and international running and road-cycling competitions, and remains active in outdoor sports on Vancouver Island.
