About Matthew

Matthew Melnyk is an associate lawyer practising in personal injury, civil litigation, estate disputes, insurance disputes, and marine law. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in international business from the University of Victoria before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. He returned to his hometown of Victoria to article with League and Williams and was later called to the British Columbia bar. Before law, he worked for years in tourism and hospitality. He's a member of the Victoria Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch.
