Wills, Estates & TrustsEdith Lau is Associate Counsel at MacIsaac & Company, practising civil litigation, including plaintiff personal injury and long-term disability claims, as well as wills and estates. She earned a B.Com with distinction from the University of Victoria in 2001 and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria in 2008, articling with and beginning her legal career at MacIsaac & Company after graduating. She has represented clients throughout British Columbia and at all levels of the province's courts for more than a decade with the firm. Before law school, she worked and studied in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and she is fluent in Cantonese and conversant in Mandarin, which she says helps her serve a wide range of clients.
