About Holly

Holly Dinsmore is an associate whose practice centers on wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate administration, along with business succession planning. She works closely with clients to make sure their estate and wealth plans reflect their personal, family and business circumstances while incorporating useful tax strategies. She also advises estate trustees on managing risk during administration. Raised in Kitchener, Holly volunteers with the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association and is a member of the Waterloo-Wellington Estate Planning Council. Since being called to the bar, she has partnered with local businesses to deliver free legal seminars on estate planning in Waterloo Region and in remote parts of northern Ontario. Holly earned an Honours B.A. in Legal Studies from Carleton University in 2017 and her J.D. from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in 2022.
