About Brittany

Brittany Noel practises commercial real estate law, with a particular focus on land development and commercial leasing. Her work includes purchase and sale transactions, lease negotiations, and financing matters on both the lender and borrower side, including preparing mortgage commitments and security documentation for private lenders. She also helps clients navigate franchise agreements and disclosure requirements. Brittany was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 and later earned an LL.M. in business law from the University of Toronto in 2017. She holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, obtained in 2015, and undergraduate degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland. A native of Newfoundland, she is known for a personable, client-focused approach.
