About Andrew

Andrew Tse is an associate who advises businesses on corporate matters and commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and contract negotiations. He aims to explain legal concepts in plain language so clients can make informed decisions, and tailors his approach to each client's needs. Andrew holds an Honours B.A. in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University (2023) and an LL.B. from the University of Sussex (2022), and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Raised in Waterloo, he volunteers at his alma mater and is a member of the Waterloo Region Law Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
