About Amy

Amy Finch chairs McCarter Grespan's wills and estate planning practice group. Her practice covers corporate, estate planning, commercial and business law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, complex reorganizations, restructurings, private placements and corporate financings, serving enterprise owners, partnerships and joint ventures. Amy joined the firm as an associate in 2002 and was nominated to become a Director in 2013, since serving as lead counsel on numerous large-scale transactions. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario (2002) and an Honours B.A. in History from Queen's University (1998), and was called to the bar in 2002.
