About Chris

Chris Bryant is Managing Director of McCarter Grespan and chairs its corporate practice group. His practice focuses on business law and succession planning, covering negotiations, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property, and corporate financing. He combines a business background with legal training, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and a law degree from Western University. Chris has advised clients on private securities placements, corporate reorganizations, and the purchase and sale of shares and business assets. He joined McCarter Grespan as an associate in 2007 and was called to the Ontario bar the same year, becoming a partner in 2020. He works closely with each client to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
