Cynthia Elderkin is the managing partner of Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and a member of the Business Law Group. Her transactions-based practice includes personal property security, secured financings, acquisitions, fibre optic and collocation transactions, aircraft and transportation transactions, equipment leases, joint ventures, P3 and procurement agreements, and manufacturing and supply agreements, with specialization in commercial and consumer contracts.
