About Dave

Dave Fedy has more than 20 years of legal experience, most of it at a full-service firm, and now practices corporate, commercial, and technology law as an associate. He advises clients of all sizes on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other commercial transactions, and counsels banks and financial institutions with an emphasis on real estate developments. Dave has been with McCarter Grespan since 2010 and supports several community organizations, including Big Brothers and hospital foundation fundraisers in the Cambridge and Grand River area. He earned an honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1982 and his LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1985, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1987.
