About Harshi
Harshi Mann brings a multi-disciplinary perspective to workplace investigations, having worked across criminal, regulatory and workplace law. Mann has conducted investigations for provincial regulators, municipalities, universities and private corporations, and advises regulated professionals on employment compliance. Mann has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada, including before former Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin in an inquiry into the misuse of public funds. An earlier career as a criminal defence lawyer and Assistant Crown Attorney informs Mann's approach to evaluating evidence, and Mann has particular expertise in matters involving Indigenous communities, including acting as counsel for the appellant in Dickson v. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, 2024 SCC 10. Mann was called to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2018 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2021, and is fluent in English and Punjabi with conversational Hindi.
