About Alexa
Alexa Saleski is a lawyer whose practice focuses on employment law and workplace investigations. Saleski advises and represents public- and private-sector employers on employment, human rights, and workplace investigation matters, drawing on a background in human resources. Saleski also advises employees on wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, termination for cause, and severance packages, and represents clients in mediations and human rights proceedings. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Saleski summered and articled with Turnpenney Milne LLP, gaining experience across the firm's practice areas. Saleski earned a JD from Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Aboriginal and Indigenous Law, and was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2026.
