About Carly

Carly Dunster is a partner at Turnpenney Milne LLP and a trusted leader in workplace investigations. Dunster is regularly retained by employers, boards and organizations to investigate matters ranging from workplace harassment and human rights allegations to fraud, misconduct and breaches of confidentiality, and also conducts workplace audits and cultural assessments. Beyond fact-finding, Dunster provides mediations, facilitations and customized training programs on conducting defensible investigations. Before focusing exclusively on investigations and training, Dunster represented employees in wrongful dismissal, human rights and workplace disputes. Dunster holds the Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate (AWI-CH) and has served as faculty at AWI training programs across North America. Dunster earned an LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2006 and a B.A. in History from Queen's University.
