About Chris

Chris Justice is an Ontario employment lawyer and Senior Associate at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, where he represents employees across the province in wrongful dismissal and severance disputes. He has resolved cases across many industries, including securing 22 months of severance pay for a long-service university employee and $80,000 in tax-free compensation for a store manager after nearly 20 years on the job. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and regularly handles mediations and pre-trial proceedings. Chris also co-hosts the Employment Law Show, a radio program that has been fielding listener questions since 2013, and frequently comments on workplace rights in the media.
