About Emery
Emery White works as an associate within Osler's Corporate group, with a practice centred on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and private equity deals. He earned his J.D. with distinction from Western University, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Richard H. McLaren. Emery joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and finished his articling term in 2020. He has worked on transactions spanning industries including mining, real estate, technology, and financial services.
