Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionGrace Levy practices in Pink Larkin's Halifax office as a member of the labour and employment law and civil litigation groups. Her litigation work focuses on complex construction and commercial disputes, while her labour and employment practice includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, severance package reviews, and accommodation issues for unions, employees, and employers. She completed a placement with the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic during law school and received the Dianne Pothier Memorial Prize for her legal aid clinic work and academic achievement. Before law school she earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Russian Studies and Russian and Eastern European Affairs, and she has served as an international election observer, including with the OSCE's parliamentary election observation mission in Ukraine in 2019. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2022.
