Matt Miller practices insurance law, acting for both domestic and international insurers, including several London market clients, in defence and coverage matters. His work covers commercial general liability defence for bars, restaurants, and sports and recreation leagues, municipal liability claims, complex first-party auto litigation, and professional negligence cases involving architects, engineers, and other professionals. He also provides coverage opinions on commercial general liability, errors and omissions, employment practices liability, and builders' risk policies, and advises insurers and insureds on issues arising from cannabis legalization. In 2018, he was seconded to the claims department of a major London, UK, managing general agency. He has presented on the firm's liquor and sports liability publications.
