About Heather

Heather Wyse practises personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defence and subrogation, and commercial litigation, including debt recovery, construction, and commercial leasing disputes. Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, she has lived and worked in Nova Scotia for over a decade and has appeared before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, and the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador. Wyse earned her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2015 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2016. She has co-chaired the Canadian Defence Lawyer Atlantic Canada Annual Program and instructs civil procedure workshops at the Schulich School of Law.
