Ryan Wozniak has practiced civil litigation for over 19 years, with a focus on employment law and commercial disputes. He has appeared as lead counsel before courts and tribunals across Canada, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He founded Wozniak Law P.C. after serving as Senior Vice President of Operations and Legal for a global HR consultancy in the United Kingdom.
