About Nipuni

Nipuni Panamaldeniya's practice covers commercial and corporate litigation, disputes involving real property and land development, estate litigation, and general contract disagreements. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal, and takes a practical approach to resolving disputes, often reaching negotiated settlements for clients outside of court. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa's Common Law Program and articled in the commercial litigation group of a boutique Toronto firm, then joined Teplitsky LLP in 2021 after a short period practicing procurement and corporate law.
