About Kyle
Kyle Gossen is a partner at Davies Howe LLP practising land use planning and development law along with real property and municipal litigation. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013 after clerking at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, and his work spans planning and litigation matters across the province. He helps developers, builders, and homeowners resolve property and development disputes and secure Planning Act approvals for residential and commercial projects, and advises on easement, boundary, and title disputes, zoning, parkland matters, Building Code Act issues, real estate transactions, and municipal by-law prosecutions. Kyle regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal on planning matters and before the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal on litigation files. He volunteers with Law Help Ontario and the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program. He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University (2012) and an Honours B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Waterloo (2009).
