About Glenn
Glenn Leung is a founder of Terra Law Corporation, having left equity partnership at McCarthy Tetrault LLP in 2013 to start the firm. His practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, with extensive experience structuring joint ventures, limited partnerships, and general partnerships for development projects and investment properties. He assists clients with complex debt and equity restructurings and project syndications, and advises on rezoning, subdivision, land title, and strata title issues under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. Best Lawyers recognizes him as a distinguished leader in Real Estate Law, Commercial Leasing Law, and Banking and Finance Law, and Lexpert and Report on Business rank him among Canada's best property development and infrastructure lawyers. He holds a law degree from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1989.
