About Anjili
Anjili Bahadoorsingh's practice focuses on real estate finance, commercial lending, secured transactions, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, along with general corporate and commercial work including business sales, incorporations, reorganizations, and succession planning. She has written and spoken extensively on secured transactions in Canada, co-authoring an International Bar Association publication and contributing to CLEBC's British Columbia Personal Property Security Act Practice Manual for over 17 years. Before joining Terra Law, she practised at a mid-sized Vancouver firm for four years and then at a national law firm for 15 years. She received a Bachelor of Commerce (Urban Land Economics) with Honours from UBC's Sauder School of Business in 1990 and an LLB from UBC in 1994, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1995. She is a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's (B.C. Branch) Banking Law Subsection and a former Director of the Association of Women in Finance, and is currently Chair of the West Vancouver Memorial Library Foundation.
