Wes McMillan is a founding partner of Allen/McMillan Litigation Counsel, practising commercial litigation with a focus on real estate and business disputes, including complex land assemblies, failed real estate transactions, easements, restrictive covenants, and statutory building schemes. He has appeared before administrative tribunals, trial courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has served as intervener counsel in Supreme Court of Canada cases addressing unconscionability, strata law, and religious organization governance. His notable results include a $13 million judgment for purchasers against a developer and a $1.45 million share valuation in an oppression claim.
