About Catherine

Catherine (Cathy) Lee's practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and corporate structuring. She also acts for institutional and private lenders and handles general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, reorganizations, and business sales. Before joining Terra Law, Cathy practised as a general solicitor at a full-service firm in Richmond, BC. She obtained her law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, first class with distinction, from Simon Fraser University. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020 and is fluent in Mandarin.
