About Craig
Craig Taylor maintains a corporate commercial law practice with a focus on business formation, commercial transactions, leasing, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients on business succession planning strategies across a range of industries, including retail, technology, real estate, and professional services, and assists clients with wills, trusts, and succession planning. He began his career in Alberta, working with national and regional law firms as well as the Government of Alberta, before returning to British Columbia, where he was raised, to continue building his practice. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2011 and to the British Columbia bar in 2015. He holds a JD from the University of British Columbia (2010) and a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia (2006).
